Terms of Use

By purchasing or using Tilda Looper or any other plugin by Double Tilda Audio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

Upon purchase, Double Tilda Audio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on up to 2 computers that you own or control.

• You may activate the plugin on a new machine by revoking an existing activation from your account page, freeing up a slot.
• One license is for one person. You may not share your license key with others.
• The license is perpetual for the version purchased — you will always be able to use the version you paid for.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the plugin or your license key.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin binary.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding within the plugin.
• Use the plugin in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

Tilda Looper and all associated software, graphics, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Double Tilda Audio. All rights not expressly granted by these terms are reserved.

Audio produced with Tilda Looper belongs entirely to you. There are no royalty or attribution requirements for music created using the plugin.

Sales are processed by Gumroad. Refund eligibility is governed by Gumroad's refund policy. We recommend downloading the free demo version before purchasing to verify compatibility with your system and DAW.

The plugin is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the plugin will be error-free or compatible with every system configuration.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Double Tilda Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the plugin, including loss of data or lost profits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which Double Tilda Audio is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the plugin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
